We are a private equity-backed home care organization committed to assisting our patients and clients in their daily living activities and helping them realize their full potential. We're seeking an experienced IT Manager to build and oversee our technological infrastructure from the ground up.

Position Overview

As the IT Manager, you will be supporting the design, implementation, and management of our entire IT ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with our organizational goals

  • Build out our IT infrastructure from scratch, including network setup, hardware procurement, and software implementation

  • Establish and maintain IT security protocols to ensure compliance with HIPAA and protection of Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

  • Set up and manage an efficient help desk system to support our staff and operations

  • Oversee all aspects of our IT security environment, including risk assessment, threat prevention, and incident response

  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement

  • Train staff on new technologies and IT best practices

  • Ensure high availability and performance of all IT systems

  • Stay current with technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation in our care delivery model

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries

  • Proven experience in building out IT infrastructure and implementing systems 

  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and experience in handling PII

  • Experience in setting up and managing help desk operations

  • Expertise in IT security protocols and best practices

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, people management experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 per year. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
