We're seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on customer retention and reactivation strategies in the gaming, sports betting, or gambling industry.
This role offers the opportunity to shape our customer engagement strategy and drive business growth through effective CRM practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and reactivation rates

Map out comprehensive user journeys in collaboration with the marketing team

Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for engagement

Design and execute targeted campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications)

Contribute to the selection and implementation of CRM tools and technologies

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer retention and lifetime value

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, preferably in gaming, sports betting, or gambling industries

Proven track record in improving customer retention and reactivation rates

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets

Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Excellent project management and communication skills

Understanding of regulatory compliance in the gaming industry

Experience working with bonus tools/bonus engines

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with predictive modeling and segmentation techniques

HTML knowledge

Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting optimization
In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
