Executive Workshop

Cybercraft will tailor a workshop to present to the Board members at the company. This includes a goal to grow the understanding for the Board in cyber risk, and how to align with the business goals and objectives. 

 

Some of the workshop scope that will be covered include: regulatory requirements (NZ Privacy Bill and AU Privacy Act), identifying digital data and risk management (PII, IP), importance of protecting data (this is the focus of cyber risk management), why cyber governance / mandate is crucial to transition a business towards a culture of ‘cyber responsibility’ and why Divisional managers must own their digital assets and be responsible for their staff actions (KPI’s). 

Board members and c-suite are becoming more and more targeted due to the access that they have within a company. On top of the fact that board members tend to sit on multiple boards and have a network of potentially influential and valuable contacts. This is why Cybercraft have tailored this workshop for the Executive team to help them understand how to become cyber resilient.
