Account Manager
What you will do;
-
Identify and follow up with potential leads to develop a pipeline of clients and prospects

Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders

Leverage existing relationships with current accounts to grow the business

Negotiate contract terms and staffing fees that result in a win for everybody

Collaborate with clients to obtain qualified job requirements and develop creative recruiting solutions to match their business needs

Set and maintain client expectations and be proactive about solving problems

Actively source and provide valuable market research, including industry-specific information and trends for clients and teammates

Collaborate with peers to develop target account strategies, identify cross-sell opportunities, share best practices and identify process improvements
Preferred Skills

BS/BA

Minimum 2+ years of Account Management, Business Development and/or Sales experience.

Technical Recruiter
What you will do;

Recruit technology professionals and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle, including actively managing placements for the entire assignment with the client

Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the best opportunities

Evaluate experience and opportunities of candidates through screening process to determine whether a candidate would be best fit for a specific client

Understand our clients' business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to best match the career goals of consultants with their hiring needs

Build innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate or client experience

Identify trends and demonstrate knowledge, data and intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies

Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our clients' needs
